Hey there
Later today UPS will deliver my HiFiMan He-400! This is going to be my first foray into planar magnetic anything.
Right now I'm breaking in a pair of akg k702 using the special burn in noise on track 20 off the stereophile test cd 3 ...and I've got to wondering if there are any precautions I should know about vis-a-vie dynamic vs. planar magnetic headphones.
I don't know....if i should go about treating them the same way I would a dynamic headphone...about breaking them in...or not having them plugged in when I turn on the amp...or anything you can think of.
