I don't get iRiver's business plan.  It seems like every time I blink, they release a new model.  As a consumer who's got an ak120, I'd be interested in getting an ak240, but am concerned that a better model is a few months away.  Oh, and now I have the fun of selling with high depreciation.
 
These guys are crazy.  Look at Rolls Royce who makes a similar niche ultra-premium product- how often do they revise or introduce a new car model? Every ten years or so.

I would think they stick with same setup as before 1 DAC IN AK100II dual in AK120II

all we know right now is both have only 1 microSD slot.

They better include on board storage to make up for loss of sdcard slot.  I'm going to assume they will keep the dac same as AK100/120 and only add the balance output/new ui/mqs.

They are milking us already.  Imagine how sad the AK100 guys felt when the 120 came out and the 120 guys when the 240 came out.  Anyway, that's probably fact of life for audiophiles, but at prices in the multiples of grands, they seem to be pretty merciless.

AK200 and AK220 seems bigger than ak240
