easiest way I can put the Delta in perspective is the S500 in iem form.  Good build quality, very fun sound and a great easy listen.

Actually, how many people in Europe have already received their Deltas? It's been 4 weeks since mp4nation shipped mine from Hong Kong and I'm not even taking into account the Delta's delayed release.

I received them this week on Monday in Switzerland. They sound nice and fit well, but they do not get a lot of ear-time for the moment, as I also received 2 weeks ago both Gratitude and VSD1LE which are constantly in my ears

What the hell is going on with my Deltas??

The tracking number now seems to work for Royal Mail, but it says that it's being sent overseas?? :/

Sent from my baked potato

Mine left Singapore on November 4th and since then there's no update, Tracking number is not recognisable by the Royal Mail system yet (well...hopefully).

Andreas, I don't want to think that your pair was sent back for any reason... That would be a disaster as you have already waited for over a month... :S

I hope not, really don't know what's going on with them. It's kinda unnerving. :(

They were dispatched on 15th of October from Hong Kong and still not here. That's almost a month in! Kinda long wait if you ask me, I used to receive things from HK much faster when they were sent using Hong Kong post.

What I would do is contact MP4NATION, and tell them what's going on. I'd then ask for a refund and just order from Amazon, because MP4NATION just takes way too long.

Things are getting clear now, got this from royal mail today...

Customs are trying to charge me £8?!! What a rip off. The earphones are worth £10-£13!

I ain't paying that stupid customs ****, especially considering I can get them on Amazon for £13.

Oh, you had bad luck again. Anyway, that's nonsense coz the Deltas price is below the maximum price of items that shouldn't be taxed. Therefore you owe them absolutely nothing. I had issues like that recently and made quite the scene at the customs office coz I had to go there personally to show them my paypal receipt and they just wasted my time.

Yea mate, shocking that they are allowed to do this!!

I'd so go down there and give them hell if I could be bothered, they can just send it back and I'm gonna write an email to MP4nation and ask for a refund.

Actually, looking at customs receipt, you owe 8 pounds for handling and 3.09 for VAT, which is ridiculous coz even at its full price the Deltas are below 15 pounds and the only way they can charge you any VAT and handling fees is if the package's price was labeled at above 15 pounds - for instance, if mp4nation put on a $25 price tag even though the Deltas are only 22,50 at full price. Anyway, unless it's really hard for you to visit the customs' office coz it's far away or something you should print your paypal order receipt and pay them a visit. Or just let these 21 days pass and for them to send the package back and you ask mp4nation for a refund coz they obviously messed up something with the labeling of the package and that's probably what made it take so much time to arrive. You shouldn't pay that fees anyway.

Mine has still not arrived and even though it supposedly left Singapore on 22nd, which is getting weird coz stuff from Singapore always arrives in 2-3 days. The tracking info would have been updated if it was stuck at my customs coz they update that info on the day the package arrives. Anyway, mp4nation is definitely doing something wrong with the labeling of the packages or something coz I remember my R1 also took more time than usual to arrive and was stuck at the customs and I had to pay taxes. That's pretty odd given how way more expensive packages from other sellers in Hong Kong and Singapore always come fast and are never held at the customs and the last two times I had to go to the customs was for mp4nation packages.

And after all these above, Hong Kong is still supposed to be a free port - therefore, there are allegedly no custom charges applicable in any imports originally coming from there... What and who to believe after all?

That's really strange. TBH never had such a problem buying from mp4 nation so far. I hope I won't be getting such a thing with my order this tme.....

I feel bad for you matey. :S You'd better ask for a refund indeed. That's utterly unacceptable.

Well, if it comes outside of Europe you have to pay VAT if the price of the package exceeds 15-20 euro depending on the country - 15 pounds for UK. Anyway, usually if it's a little more the packages still pass trough customs without taxes. In this case it's like it was labeled 15.45 pounds and they put on 3.09 VAT tax and 8 more pounds for the handling, which is very weird coz the Deltas cost less than that.
