Is anyone using the Creative AptX dongle with a Mac, and the Apple AirPods Max? Of course I'd also use this with the PI7, but I'm more likely not be carrying around the Mac with the IP7 while going mobile Is it really giving AptX via Apple devices?. Can you tell the difference when using Apple Music or Tidal? Note, I read a review of the device on Amazon, one user complained the dongle would not release the listening device when they tried to use another source.

Had a brief return to wired as i bought a zx507 DAP. Trying my faithful T20 out, was very surprised to see just how much I prefer the PI7. More detailed, handles busy parts of songs much better, much fuller bass...What a time to be around, £350 tws outclassing £200 wired by a mile. What I like to see.
I got it to work from phone. I was using an Apple lighting to usbc cable and no dice. I just plugged a usbc to usbc cable into the adapter I got for the creative dongle and it recognizes the case in AirPlay destinations. Streaming AptX
Ok, there should be no difference when using just a lightning to usbc cable, but I cannot get it to play via the case when using that cable. Do not get it as an Airplay destination, in Spotify at least. Any idea why?

Just got a tracking notification from FedEx that I have a shipment on the way from United Radio. They received my PI7s only 2 days ago and already shipped it back out so turnaround time was much faster this time around. Really hoping third time is the charm!
I used my IP7 in a noisy coffee shop today. While not the best ANC, still decent enough to sound great! I’ll have to do a session with all my headphones for a comparison of their ANC.
I was bopping my head to the music while on my iPad. I’m sure the other patrons were thinking about calling 911 While I still like my PX7 and Apple iPod Max over the ear headphones, much easier to carry the iPad and earbuds in a canvas sleeve for short sessions!

Gotta love these youtube reviews where they basically spend 10 minutes reading a feature list you can get through in 30s. No interesting sound comparison or comparison to other buds. Utterly useless content.

Also they argue that pi7 doesn't support multi connections, something that other reviews say yes they support it. It's funny that these guys review a music audio product without mention about sound quality at all! Personally if i had to review a sound product the first thing i would do would be to talk about the sound quality and then for all the others (anc, fit, battery, connectivity).

They probably meant multipoint bluetooth, I would assume (which the PI7 don't support). Almost every buds these days support "multi connections" but only a few really support multipoint.
Besides, I would not agree that the PI7 don't have any ANC but would agree with that their ANC is neither very strong, nor very good unfortunately.

Agree with your comment on multi-point. Not sure why reviewers cant make this clearer in their reviews (maybe they just dont get the difference).
The ANC on the PI7s were great on my flight from JFK to LAX a few weeks ago. It blocked out the low frequency plane engine noise really well. It does not cancel out the other frequencies much but I have seen this on others as well. Passive isolation helps with the higher frequencies. I have said before I really like this balance for commuting on the train as well. On the plane, I could hear the flight attendant when they were trying to get my attention (although I took them off/out to hear what they were saying) and I can hear when there is an announcement being made on the train.
If you want to see ANC that really does not work at all, try the Aonic 50s...PI7s were noticeably better on the plane even though the Shure Aonic 50 are over ear headphones (those were the two I took on my trip, in addition to my usual Qudelix 5K/Shure SE846 combo). Seems like unless you get something from Bose or Sony, ANC will not the the strength of the TWS or headphone. Cant get it all yet so you unfortunately need to pick what is important to you.
