Hey there..!

I recently bought Bowers & Wilkins C5. They sound brilliant. They have open, clear & rich sound.

However, I am not totally satisfied with the kind of fit it provides. My ears start to ache within 40 minutes of listening to music. Earlier I had Bose IE 2 & their snuggle fit was stupendous. I use to listen to music for straight 4-5 Hours without any pain.

What could be the possible reasons? Is it the way i put them into ear or is it choosing the right size of buds ??

Any suggestions for making B&W C5's fit better?

Wrong forum for this unfortunately. You'll likely get more answers in the Portable/Earphone/In-ear forum.

As for the fit, the reason you probably find the Bose comfortable is because they're not really in ears in traditional sense... it's essentially more like earbuds. From the pictures I see the C5 are of deeper insert and may cause you more discomfort.
