Hi all
who connects 2 phones to the PX8 via multi Bluetooth? When I do and take a call on one phone , after around a few minutes, the others phone gets disconnect and while that happens I miss a few seconds of the call I am on, so miss part of the conversation
I dont use two phones but I do connect to both iPad and iPhone. Never experienced what you describe.

Funny… I don’t connect two phones, but I do connect to my Apple TV and my iPhone at the same time and I was noticing that last night. In a different way, I would use voice to text on the phone, which would pause the Apple TV, and one out of every 10 times give or take when it was done and I press play on the Apple TV. It wouldn’t reconnect automatically. It’s a very rare occurrence again less than 10% of the time so I just deal with it but

I have the Music/Bowers and Wilkens app. It still shows has my original PX8 as well as my new PX8 under Headphones. Does anyone know how I can remove my original PX8 that was returned from the Headphone section of the app.

I updated my software on my new headphones but under Update Software it says headphone update required because my original PX8 shows up. When I go to my new headphones, it confirms I have version 2.0 of the software.

Very true, they prioritized the biggest annoyances.

The update took me 17 minutes from my iPhone and went without a hitch. So far my observations over the last couple hours:

- Lifting one earcup pauses music and lowering it back unpauses— this works 100% for me now instead of not working half the time before, so this seems like it is fixed.
- Taking off the headphones entirely off the head still does not pause the music consistently, so no change there for me even under different sensitivity settings.
- B&W app automatically launching when connected to headphones is gone now, thank god.
- Battery seems to be draining linearly now, 2 hours of playback so far and has
lost 4%, but jury is still out on this one. Plan to keep it playing all day and night to see where it is later.

So far the update is an overall improvement. Fingers still crossed..
Glad to have firmware update. I’m on my second pair cuz of battery issue so hopefully that won’t recur.
I don’t notice any change with wear sensors tho I’m resigned to not using them anyway. If I remove headphones music will stop but when I put them back on music does not resume unless I press a button. If I lift only right earpiece music stops but again does not resume. If I lift left earpiece nothing happens, music continues playing. Changing sensitivity doesn’t affect these responses.

Swipe right to left on the old pair, and tap the trash can icon.

Wish I had asked before. That happened to me as well so I ended up clearing data and setting up my Px8 and Px7 S2 again on my two phones because I couldnt figure that out either. The solution posted by @ryanmatic is so much simpler.

I really wish that companies would take more of an apple approach and release features when they actually work. I disabled the wear sensor on my headphones on day one because it never seemed to work consistently and I probably wont ever look back. How useful is the update overall? Is it worth the hassle?

Worth four seconds of active work and fifteen minutes of wait? Yes.

It fixed the wear sensor for me, app connects faster and those who had battery issues report that it has been fixed too.

Not much hassle really.

Haha yeah its not much work, but I have had a lot of updates that I really wonder what changed, both because I think nothing changed or because they did add a new feature but I don't know about it. I was more looking to see what else the update included since I dont care much about fixing the wear sensor as I dont use it, and probably wont use it unless it works consistently.

Well if you do the update it will stop bugging you to do it every time you open the app.

In all seriousness fixing the battery sensor is probably the biggest change.

If you're concerned about updating, for what it's worth, not a huge difference for me but I don't use wear sensor either.
