Hello Everyone,

I bought MTPC from Dell through Games For Canada. I received the package yesterday. No doubt the earphones are fantastic. But I am dilemma right now. I didnt get any Invoice in the package. I read the warranty conditions of Monster which clearly states that Invoice is mandatory.

Please suggest what should I do??

You probably got an invoice sent to you by email, if you ever need service just print that out.

hey, I have the exact same problem. The thing is that the mail forwarding service probably bought the item in their name, so i don't know if you can transfer ownership as the warranty says you cannot. I'm not a lawyer though so I have no idea haha.

Ask James for it (Goomba from CAG), he'll give it. I have it too since he gave it to me, but my Copper didn't actually go through so he refunded me.
