You guys might want to try this Flip Tip mod I came up with:

https://www.head-fi.org/threads/flip-tips-prepare-to-have-your-mind-blown.906357/

On the tips I used, it actually made the tips 1mm larger and changed the shape so they seal the ear canal better.

I'm willing to bet if you take the largest tips you have (which don't fit) and flip them inside out, it might just change the size and shape enough to allow them to fit!

Also, you can still do the trick where you fill the back side with memory foam earplugs to make the tips fill out even more.

I received these today.
Finally, eartips that are big enough for me!
I think they only fit my KZ ATE-S, so I need to get some more KZ IEM's.
Thanks for the heads-up, Slater.

Glad they worked for you, friend.

Also, I can check in a few minutes, but they should fit on KZs that have a large nozzle and are also better than the ATE-S if you’re interested (such as ZS6, ZS7, ZSN, ZSN Pro, ZS10 Pro, ED9, etc).

Update: I verified those large tips you need work on the following:

ED9 (both filters)
ATE
ATR
ATE-S
ZSN
ZSN Pro
ZS10 Pro
ZS5
ZS6
ZS7
ZSR
CCA CA4
CCA C10

It does technically fit the EDR1, EDR2, ZS4, ZS3E, but not super tight and may theoretically come off in your ear. It may be OK though.

The search function of AliExpress doesn't work worth a darn, so I started searching with chinaprices.us and I exclude all shops except AliExpress.
I found some very large eartips for a little less money:

I don't know the quality, but they look very similar to the ones that Slater pointed out.

I received these a while ago, but tried them out today.
They seem to be the same as those that Slater recommended.

Oh, and they fit the KZ ES4, too, just like the slightly more expensive ones.

I found this thread through @headdict (thanks)!

Just read through and would formally like to join the big ear club!

I still haven't found my own solution, but in doing so perhaps I can help others?

I have a V-MODA ZN, before that a pair of V-MODA Forza Wireless and the largest tips that come with both iems are 1.5mm diameter silicons, they can be purchased here: https://www.v-moda.com/us/en/products/bliss-fittings

So when I was reading and found people had been looking and the largest they could find were 1.5mm tips, well maybe the V-MODA ones would be suited to you?

As for me, well my quest continues for an even bigger tip...I don't suppose anyone has seen any larger? Or alternatively the same size, but double or triple flange variety?

Its driving me insane trying to find better fitting ones, to the point where I am about to buy 4 or 5 different ones just to test myself lol

The large double flange tips that came with Hifiman RE400/600 (see post 50) work for me. They may be slightly smaller in diameter though, and not exactly wide bore (what you were looking for IIRC). Lately, I bought another set of RE400 at 39 € just for the included tips. These are worth a try if you can get them at a reasonable price.
