When I click the link a photo isn't showing of the tips, I'm trying to source some in Australia, and I'm wondering if  the tips that come on these linked below are the same you're talking about? I don't mind spending $15 to get the tips as it works out much cheaper than buying from USA.

If you could please check the link and supply a photo of the tips you have, that would be great.

i cannot tell from your picture - but the tips I am recommending are for the TF10, so you can see if there's any cross-reference -- see this page for all of the sizes and "parts"

Same problem. The large Comply foam tips barely provide a seal, and I shouldn't move too much! Actually, their "active" model doesn't even seal at all.

The Shure black foam "olive" tips work better, but not perfectly -- still too small.

The Atrio tips (medium and large) work well for me.

I've got several tips of that size (13 mm in diameter) or bigger -- I've just checked -- and they're too small for me.

I'm sure a lot of folks have heard of comply wraps. Well Sinocelt uses pillows and double sided tape

Silicone. Left to right: Sony hybrid tips (LL), Westone Star tips (orange), Future Sonics EarFills tips (large)
Foam. Left to right: Monster SuperTips (largest), Westone TrueFit tips (orange), Shure black foam tips (large)

I get good results with the Future Sonics EarFills tips.
I get good results with the Westone Star tips, but I've only tried them so I don't know if they wouldn't push themselves out after a while.
I haven't tried the Sony hybrid tip.

I get better results with the Westone TrueFit tips (longer) than with the Shure black foam tips (larger).
I haven't got a pair of earphones the Monster SuperTips fit, so I haven't been able to try them, but they're smaller than the Shure black foam tips.

Ok, I remember going back a few months this thread became pretty crazy with inserting o-rings and all kind of things into large tips to try and increase their size. It turns out on a never seen before journey I found some "VERY LARGE" ear tips for sale. I have some here and they're worth a try for the big ear club. They're quite big and seal well. (for me)

Here's a picture (they're the tips far left in the photo below)

Here's a link to order (make sure you pick VERY LARGE)

The link I posted above earlier was for Australian eBay.

For those in the USA please purchase here (same tips / different name).

I just found these. They are quite big but specially the outer flange, worth a try.

I have a set of those here somewhere. Pretty sure they came with one of Dunu's IEM packages. (good find)

I wanted to share these with you guys.

I don't have large ear canals myself, but I can only imagine how frustrating it must be.

I have a few sets of these replacement Powerbeats eartips, and the x-large tips that came with the set are the largest tips I've ever seen. I'm sure you could use the o-ring trick to make them even larger if necessary.

Also, I know some users with big ear canals who have had good luck turning foam tips around backwards. On Aliexpress, you can buy generic Comply foam tips that are cone shaped. And of course they're available to fit a variety of IEM nozzle sizes (T200, T300, T400, T500). Anyways, most sellers sell the M (OD) size, but if you look around there are some sellers that have them in S and L (OD) sizes too. If you get the L (OD) tips, and then mount them backwards on your IEMs, it should allow them to fit really big ears. You can also trim off a bit of the small end of the cone to make them shorter if necessary. I hope that made sense, if not I can post a photo.
