Hello everyone. I would like to ask if you can recommend any good 2.5 mm balanced cables with mmcx connectors for Xelentos remote. I'm in search for a good quality one to get the best out of my pioneer 300r. But there are 3 condotions: 1. angled jack to prevent fragile pioneers jack sockets from breaking, 2. mmcx connectors should be as small as possible to protect mmcx phones connectors from wearing off, 3. of course to get the best sound quality without losing this magic low end. The price range is up to 100 euros. Thank you in advance!
Thank you. Those are really nice cables, looking really good but there is no option for an angled jack. I would definitely put the trigger on them but unfortunately this kind of connection eliminates them from my list. Thanks again.
Ok I bought a fiio lc-c series cable for 80 euros. Read very good opinions about it. Anyways can always send it back so u can still post new recommendations

Ok thanks, this one looks really good. The jack is not angled but it seems like is one of the shortest ones in this type. I will order this one too and compare. Thank a lot!
I cancelled an order for the fiio cable and ordered the recommended one. This seems like the perfect product for me and rha is known for a great quality. Wanted to get one of the Alo audio ones but have no idea why is so hard to find them in Germany. Could buy it on amazon.uk but the cheapest one was for over 130 pounds plus delivery fee. Anyways thanks again!
Hi everybody, I would also like to ask for recommendations for a good balanced cable for my Xelento remote.I need 4.4 mm connectors, though. It would be nice if the MMCX ones on the earbuds had a similar slight curve like the originals.
My experience is the same: Hard to get stuff in Germany. I looked at ALO cables as well as RHA. 4.4 mm makes things even tougher.

I feel like i might have asked this already but are there any other small monitors that sit in the ear (same size as the Xelento or smaller) and can keep up with or better the SQ and isolation?
Xelentos sit in my ears and i can happily lay on a pillow with them with zero discomfort, they'd be great for long flights etc. Am wondering if i should look at anything else before get some.
Massdrop Plus was my go-to for in-bed listening before picking up the Xelentos. Its isolation is much better than X - I would not use X outdoor/in-flight at all. MD+ is a little bigger and deeper insertion but offers better fit than X, almost custom-like. SQ compares favorably to X but it's BA so timbre suffers - it comes down to personal preference and use case.

Actually reading about the MD+ QC issues on drop has given me pause. Which suuuucks... cause they sounded perfect. Do you know if they have been resolved?
