Saw someone had mentioned the Clear in this thread, so since I just got in the Clear to try I figured I'd answer this question.
The Clear and the T1.3 have a totally different sound, which is the first thing you should understand. I'd consider the Clear to be fairly "neutral" and balanced. The T1, both the 2nd and 3rd gen, are highly, highly colored. Think of a modified "M" shaped frequency response, with a punchy upper base, warm (bloated) mids, laid-back upper mids, elevated mid-treble, and rolled-off top end (moreso in the case of the gen 3).
Long story short, I don't think the T1.3 is the headphone you're looking for, if all you want is better soundstage. I wouldn't even say the T1 has categorically better soundstage; maybe better depth, but not a massive difference overall. My hot take, according to my preferences: the Clear is the better headphone. Which makes sense, because MSRP is 50% higher.
