This hobby doesn't work like that unfortunately, what's more pleasing sound comes down to personal tastes but Custom One Pro just got released so I doubt a lot of people will be able to give you an accurate recommendation.

I agree it is a matter of opinion.  For what it is worth, I was deciding between these two myself.  I wound up purchasing both to try out.  See my comparison in this thread:

I'm choosing between the new DT770 32ohm vs the custom one pro's, for portable use, do you think the difference will be less noticeable in these 2?
