Hello, I hope this is posted in the correct section. I have an old set of DT 770 Pros that I wanted to change the look of. I had seen people spray paint them and airbrush them but I didn't like the idea of something permanent if I didn't like it. I also wasn't sure if certain types of spray paint might corrode the plastic.
So I had the idea of using Plasti dip. I ordered a few cans in white, gunmetal gray, black, clear, and a mix your own color kit which can't be sprayed. I also ordered a pearlizer spray to create a metallic effect over any of the colors. If this works the way I hope, I could change the color as often as I felt like it by just peeling it off and starting again.
Any experience or tips would be appreciated. Pics to follow!
