Bought the DT770's. Went through 55 hrs of Pink Noise. Read it should burn in at about a 4/1 ratio of regular music time. I'm using a Creative Zen player. I bought a cMoy style amp from BioScienceGeek. Equipped with the OP2227 chip. It's just not really driving the cans like I want it to. Sounds ok but I feel there's room for alot more. He offered the AD823 or LM4562 chips as alternatives. So my questions are...
1) If I upgrade to a Cowon D2 player would this help some because I'm thinking about buying one next week?
2) Are any of these chips capable of driving these cans?
3) Any other suggestions for amps that won't cost me a bunch right now? Or ways to improve my listening experience. Any replies are appreciated!
THANKS!
