I am building a DIY project and will be operating a 12V battery powered device.

Does anybody know which one between OPA2134PA and AD8620, will drain the battery the most?

Just look at the datasheets:

AD8620 : 2.5mA / amp
OPA2134 : 5mA / amp

if you go with the AD8620 route, you'll end up with something like Meier's Corda Move since it uses a AD8610 chip. (kinda like an AD8610 based cmoy with super low current consumption)

Thanks guys. I have an idea which is which now.

AD8620 : 2.5mA / amp
OPA2134 : 5mA / amp

From this alone one can expect AD8620 to be less draining.
