Resident Evil 4. Wii version is hugely superior to any other. It´s so good RE 5 and 6 feel pointless.
Tiger woods Master (PGA Tour 12?)
No more Heroes (playing the sequel now)
Metroid prime Corruption (Though due to boss only got half way . I gave up after 12h in a absolut despair even after finding a savegame that dropped the difficulty to normal)

The more obvious titles got mentioned already. (Metroid Prime Trilogy, Xenoblade, The Last Story, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda, etc.)
 
If you can find a copy (one of those typical low-print-run Atlus releases, from the looks of it), have some friends, and don't mind putting your friendship with them at risk, there's also Dokapon Kingdom, which is more or less Mario Party-meets-JRPG with the potential for screwing over your friends turned up to Munchkin levels.
 
(Of course, it's not a Wii exclusive since there's also a PS2 version, but neither is Resident Evil 4, whose best version is the Wii version due to half-decent controls for once and the PC port being a total trainwreck without a heap of mods.)

The wii game I enjoyed the most of all were No More Heroes. the first one is a lot better than the second in my opinion.
 
If you get that game, be vary of what region you get because some of them are more censored than others.

I'm pretty simple when it comes to Wii games. As often as possible I love to play on the Wii Sports. The tennis is super fun and you will be feeling it the next day if you haven't been keeping up with your workouts. You might also want to looking into racing games, you can even buy a little steering wheel thing which is pretty fun to play with.
