Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I think that I would rather have a phone and a dac/amp rather than a separate music player so that I could also use the dac/amp with my computer. My priority right now is IEMs cause I can always upgrade the amp later (or DAP). I've seen the Westone W4R's recommended a ton so I'm pretty much on the verge of ordering them. Just one question: anyone know how the Hifiman RE-600s compare?

After I packed up my the IE80s, I went back to the IEMs that came with the HTC one and I realized that I actually really like the sound of these with beats audio turned on (I am not a beats fan). Anyone have experience with these IEMs? What earphones out of a neutral source would sound the same as these with beats audio turned on? Do the BA200s sound like this?

Just something I realized too: I really like sub bass and not big mid bass that covers the mids at all.
