I'm looking for a new usb-soundcard and I want your opinion. I see many recommendations for an E-Mu soundcard (mostly 0404 usb I think), but if I'm going to use it for listening (not recording) is the 0404 much better the the 0202 or perhaps the Tracker Pre? Maybe you have some other recommendations around the same price?

I bought the 0404 over the 0202 for the headphone amp and s/pdif input... and if I ever decide to try my hand at podcasting, I'm halfway there

. I bought mine new on eBay for $99... i doubt I could have done any better for the money.
