Best universal IEMs for $700 or less?

My UE900s just broke and I can't get them replaced since they've been discontinued. I'm now on the market to find a new pair of universal IEMs that I can use wherever. I'd prefer a neutral sound with nothing being too bassy.

Cannot vouch for the best, but probably one of the best at its price. FLC8s, you can tune the sound to your liking to a certain extent. Neutral with nothing too bassy is possible. Resolution does not lack behind my well powered HE-560, so maybe you can have some idea how good it is for the price.
