Best sub $50 cans?

The XB300 were ok at best, but for the $30 I found them, they're acceptable. DT220s usually come up for under $50.

Oh, and what did you do with your broken ER6s? I'll take them off your hands if you haven't thrown them out!

It seems this question comes up every week around here.
Depending on what you listen to adding an extra 10 buck or so could be a very good choice to get a some grados or if you were to spend a bit more you cna get some very nice headphones for around 100$.
Cheaper headphone like the porta pro or the px 100 are nice, but they dont really benefit from amping, and are very limited sound wise, even if you get a great source and a nice amp the sound on them wont really improve.

thus the $50 headphones.

Try ebay.de. The last time I saw them on American ebay was last February. It ended for $5 for 2 pairs.

I just won a pair of DBI Pro 700's on ebay today for under $40 shipped, I'm hoping they will be a great pair...
