That is when you not activate hifi at all.

I believe it is chip sound on board in exynos (Using speaker for example) so with iem, all is ess hifi.

Actually, you have to find person who deal business in china and have him transport for you. That would be cheapest and no tax. That is what i always do.

Yes it is same dac as axon7. btw, it is the first time huawei coming to audio oriented route. so still in doubt in their quality. need to experience it prior to confirm.

Why do you wonder on SoC built in DAC (Aqstic) phone while there are many smartphone that excel in audio like vivo xp6 and lg v30 etc.

Razer certified thx usb dac adapter works on p10 and soomal is right it only can do 24bit@48khz. Nonetheless even at volume 5, sound is really LOUD.

- From 2013-2015, I use UE900 as reference.

Inconvenient Truth

The best way to enjoy real and pure music is from Stock music player because it is the only way that software engineer can bypass android’s 48kHz sampling rate limitation and let you enjoy native sampling rate when 44.1KHz is using 22MHz clock and 48kHz or 96kHz are using 24MHz clock with no sampling rate converter. So it is the true sound that company proudly gives to you.

If second hand / on the budget - look into Axon 7. Sources for Oreo just surfaced, plenty fo good roms based on 8.1 with full AKM DAC implementation
