Is the Dacport Slim the best portable amp under $100?

I know it's a class A so I was wondering if my Google pixel 4 xl will have enough juice to power it.

Never heard of it but that doesn't mean anything. If you can bag an Aune B1S they're pretty wonderful for IEMs. Not sure about fullsize cans, I don't run fullsize cans off portable gear.
