These are all highly regarded: TTVJ Slim, Meier 2Stepdance and Pico Slim.

The TTVJ has a tube-like sound while the other two are more neutral. You can't go wrong with any one of them.

I happen to have a pair of Sennheiser IE80s and am looking for a good portable amp which would give me the most out of these bad boys. Any recommendations?

The Ray Samuels P-51 Mustang is wonderful with my Sennheiser IE8's, so could be great with the IE80's.  I also have a TTVJ Slim and love it as well, but just a tiny bit less.

Would the FiiO E17 be adequate? It's cheaper and probably easily available.

No there not easily available. If your looking for a DAC and or only AMP please be more specific. The E11 (which I use on my IE8 and IE80) is a superb AMP paired with the IE80 and IE80's.
The E17 has barely released so its very difficult to obtain one, since its demand is higher then production

E17 will probably suit you then. since earlier u mentioned lower price. so u got a budget going on. E17 it is =)
