Best place to buy balance cables for Audeze LCD-2?

There's a lot of companies that exclusively produce headphone replacement cables.
You could try MoonAudio for a start.
I don't own any of their products so I can't say how good they are but I do know they have different types of cables for different music preferences and they make cables for the Audeze LCD collection.

I ordered the a few weeks ago from Surf Cables:
 
AZ-02B Balanced 4 Pin XLR to Audezemini XLR / Heavy (20 AWG) / 5 Feet
 
Haven't tried it yet because I got it to use at my desk with the Cavalli Liquid Carbon amp which won't arrive until November.  Sure looks nice and will be much more manageable than the 10ft Audeze cables.
