Hi guys,
I'm new to Head-Fi.
 
I'm going to get a new computer this year (custom built) and I want to get the best audio quality possible. I'm getting an internal sound card inside my computer: Asus Xonar Essense. However, I just learned about DAC's. Could I pair good a good DAC with a good sound card built into my computer? Is that possible?

@kim,
Focus on getting better speakers and/or headphones. Or if you're happy with your current setup then focus on getting more media (cds/games/movies)
