I nominate the Sony RM-MC40ELK, extremely versatile, and compatible with most if not all post-2002 Sony MD/Hi-MD/CD Walkman PMPs. The best inline remote control ever made for a portable unit, great LCD screen, very readable and very entertaining with great graphic animation in most modes (including the EQs on most units).
