Hello,
Over the past few days I've been looking online for the best pair of in ear headphones prices between $20-$30. I've narrowed it down to a few pair. Which out of the following has the best quality sound while staying in your ears? Feel free to add a pair that you have or know are very good.

Sennheiser CX 300
Sony MDR EX75
Sony MDR EX36V
Sony MDR-EX51LP
Creative EP-630
jvc marshmallow

Also, is there a big difference between the Sony models? Thanks in advance for your reply

I don't have real experience with the Creative's or the Sony's but if you are considering the JVC Marshmallows, I'd actually look at the JVC HA-FX 66 (Air Cushion). I much preferred their sound signature stock to that of the Marshmallows and they too are right in you're price range.

JBL Reference 220 will also be a good choice...

Search in FS forums they are available for less than 30$

I'm looking in the same range, I was leaning towards the Marshmallows as well. I mainly listen to hip hop and jazz -- two styles that might not really lend themselves to one set of phones -- so between the JVC models and the PL30s, which would be better?

I have the owned all except the EX36 inc the PL30, its defo between the PL30 and the EX75, i still use my EX75 occasionally, it is like a EX71 without the bloated bass, the mids are a little recessed and the highs are a little sibilant but well worth the £25 i paid for it.
The PL-30s are very good, not as good as CX95s but better than CX300.

I've got to echo the PL30... You can get it and a Fiio E3 for $25 from mp4nation.net and it is even cheaper if you join their forum and use the May coupon for 15% off accessories. It's really a great deal on a very good IEM for the $$.
