Hey guys. I did a search so please don't get mad.

I was looking for the best IEM's at around $250 with the best bass

I currently own the Shure SE-310's...but I have been pretty dissapointed with the lack of bass

I guess I'm a basshead...and my old JVC marshmallows satisfied me with bass...but the Shure's are really lacking....even though they say enhanced bass on the package

I am only looking for in ear ones so I can get the sound isolation...i attend an university with a loud library..and blocking out noise is also a primary concern

Thanks guys

Super.fi 5 EB.

It definitely has one of the strongest bass repond, IMO.

The little time that I spent with the Future Sonics Atrio m5 (~$130, spend the extra on a bass-heavy amp if you choose

) gave me the impression of a very deep, resonant bass. It wasn't my cup of tea because of that... however, owners of the Atrio m5 for longer periods of time report that burn-in improves the sound, whether that means that it changes the sound signature I'm not sure.

UM2's have more bass than E500's. Cleaner IMO, but every person is different.

The Super.Fi. 5EB have MORE bass, but it's muddy bass...like triport-ish mud. But it sure is prevalent, and the other frequencies suffer.

Go UM2 and never look back. They more comfortable than anything else out there to boot.

Super.fi 5 pro probably the best deal. Like previous post says, you can pick up a used pair fairly cheap. I had them for a while, but they didn't suit the majority of music I listened to, but I had no complaints about the bass at all.

UM2 will have better quality/quantity of overall bass, other options will all have larger amounts of midbass. Up to you, I heard a bunch of IEMs and prefer UM2 by far.

I've heard UM2 , E500 , UM1 ,and Ety ER4s.
I prefer ety er4s bass.
Anyway the Mylarone XB kills'em all and kills me too.
The bass of Mylarone XB is just too much. lol

Thanks a lot for your responses guys...I'm pretty sure I'm just going to return the shure's and get out the super.fi.5 or the UM2's

The UM2s have better treble than the Super.fi.5

Also have a look at Sony EX90's (EX85 are apperently the same but cheaper because of plastic cassing) and mod them using my thread in my sig!
