1. Cunninlynguists - A piece of strange (One of the greatest hip hop albums of all time and if you havent heard it.... your crazy)
2. Masta ace - a long hot summer (surprised at the mentions this has gotten)
3. Jay-z - the black album
4. Pharoahe monch - internal affairs
5. Atmosphere - when life gives you lemons
6. Evidence - the weatherman LP
7. Talib kweli - quality
8. Royce da 5'9 - death is certain
9. the roots - the tipping point
10. Eminem - the marshall mathers LP

just missed out immortal technique - rev vol.2, cunninlynguists - southernunderground, nas - god's son and hi-tek - hiteknology 2

Cyne's new Water for Mars is great. Best of this decade? That's questionable, but it's definitely one of the best hip-hop albums of 2009.
