I am buying a new IEM soon, and my most important thing is Bass and sound quality.
After doing research and reading reviews, I came to conclusion to buy 64 Audio A8, but I am not sure what to expect since I never bought Custom IEM. And not having DD maybe will effect the Bass quantity.
If anyone can recommend me a high end Bass IEM it would be wonderful.

PLEASE take a look at the Campfire Audio Polaris. Seriously good bass.

You asked for high end, so I'm saying 64 audio Tia Fourte. The bass is so clean, and deep. Surprised the mess out of me for an iem. They can pound, and soundstage is great for an iem.

Legend X has a superbly textured bass that hits hard and goes deep. The great thing is it doesn't overshadow the mids and highs. They are wonderful in their own right and brings together a wonderfully coherent and engaging sound.

+1

+2 for the legend x. heard it for the first time today and I'm placing an order for it. very tight, very present. I haven't experienced too much, but I heard it makes the xelento and the N5005 seem like they have flabby bass. it's difficult for me to return to my noble k10ua...

if its 64 audio, the a12t might be another thing to consider.

thanks.
Many people suggested Sony MDR EX800ST/ 7550 (taped vent), maybe I should give it a try.
I has tried 90% of the IEM on that list none satisfy, I don’t see how they consider those basshead, basically it bassless compared to lx, Vega and now the Atlas, if you don’t want to waste time and money skip everything on that list and go straight for lx or Atlas

I had exactly the same reaction when I heard several of the IEMs (ex800st, xb90ex, TFZ 5, Z5) on that list. Then I learned how to use an amp with an equalizer to make them bass cannon.

I am a semi bass head - meaning I like my sound full, rich with high quality bass.

I ended up with a UE11Pro, IMR-R1, I think the U8 would be a good choice....
