Awesome. So what is the leakage like on the 880s? Also I've heard for the 770s the best sound for each ohm version goes 32 > 250 > 80. Which one do you personally think is better?

dt880's leak like an open headphone because they are semi-open. As for the dt770 I'd say 80>250 because the 80's have a more calm treble. Haven't heard the 32ohms but they aren't generally well regarded unless you meant the anniversary editions. I'd also put any ohm dt880>dt770

For 300 dollars you could pickup a pair of Sennheiser Amperiors.  Low impedance basically takes the amping out of the equation.  I say them on amazon in the low 200s.  They might be discontinued, but there are still new pairs floating around for a good price.  Excellent for tons of different genres.

Yeah I meant the 770 32 ohm anniversary edition. How do those fare compared to the Pro 80 and 250?

Not sure, haven't listened to them myself. Headfonia did a little review for the anniversary edition a while back I believe

I only heard the 770 pro 250 ohms.
They have quite pronounced highs, slightly recessed mids which are resulting in a good soundstage and slightly pronounced sub Bass, which should give you some extra oomph for your music, for example breakdowns
Do you have a good amp?
If not, go with the anniversary edition, as it should have a more refined sound.

Edit: Haha I am quite slow at typing
