As stated in the title, I would like to purchase an IEM for under 100. I have had a few sub 50 ones in the past such as JVC's XX, souls( when I did no research and bought them because the shop owner told me so), UE ..... The problem about them is that they are   broken in a short period of time. I do jog and play basketball with them on so I would need more durable ones, I'm also hoping for better sound quality (I prefer warm) and noise isolation is a big thing too.
Im looking on the SoundMagic's e10 , RHA MA-350 and klipsh s4. I would be willing to pay up to 100.
btw im gonna be using them with my new bought sansa clip+, listening to hiphop, classical and epic music.
Thanks so much!

Out of all the ones you mentioned, Shure fits all your criteria for what you want. I'd avoid the S4s... They aren't the most durable things.

And if the Shure breaks, chances are it is the cable which is user replaceable.
