Can someone clarify on this? Can I use Spotify on DX170?

Yes, Spotify works perfectly on the DX170. I'm listening to it now. The DX170 does have system-wide SRC bypass as well, but that is irrelevant for Spotify which is not lossless or high-resolution (i.e. 320 kbps lossy Ogg Vorbis at max quality).

Do you have any idea about the power output of DX170? There is no mention of it anywhere.

No, I haven't seen it published. My guess is that it's less powerful than the M11 Plus and New R6, but similar to to the less expensive items on your list. With that said, I don't have any issues with my DX170 and my gear. I always use low gain as well. I seriously doubt power would be an issue for you.
