I felt that way about the Aune X1 and passed on it for that very reason. I have a Topping amp to power my desktop speakers. If it ever began messing up I could communicate with the company I bought it from as opposed to having to communicate with representatives from Topping where there may be a language barrier. If nobody here in the United States (at least) carries Aune products and would act as a middle man during any warranty issues then I'm not sure I could take the plunge with them.
