Best 'closed' phones for $200 or less for work

yeah I forgot about the comfort issue with the HD 25's. Pieman's right about them and they would hurt my upper ear (from the clamping of the on-ear cups) after 1-2 hours of use when I first got them. But after forcing myself to use them since I felt like I had to (for how much they cost), I can wear them for hours on end now

Surprised K271S are not mentioned by anyone. These are made for office use, besides superior sound quality, isolation and unsurpassed comfort with velour pads, they have invaluable auto-shutoff switch, which comes very handy when you need to quickly remove headphones to answer someone's question. I've had A900, DT250, HFI-650, PL750, and even AH-D2000, none of them served as well as these. They need an amp though.
