This recording by Borodin Quartet of Tchaikovsky No. 2 & Souvenir sounds a little bit like it was recorded from the inside of a dry toilet bowl but everything else is great.

Can someone help me!? I'm looking for the very best versions of a piece.
It's the Polonaise fantasie Op. 61 from Chopin. It's by far my favorite piece. I've listened to lots of different recordings, but something always seems to be missing.
My favorite recording so far is by Sviatoslav Richter on 'The Philosopher'.
Does anyone else sync with this piece as much as I do?

Dunno if others posted this (622 pages woah!). I really liked this interpretation - slower pace, gentler. It's my favorite version so far.




I do like this one too for more excitement and contrasting moments. It needs to be played a lot louder though on YouTube.

I’m a big fan of Pollini’s recording of the Polonaises.

I can't seem to find any J.C. Bach or Clara Schumann recordings. any help? I know Clara is Romantic not classical but I would still like to know
