Hi!

I am wondering if anyone has good suggestions for ~40$ noise cancelling phones? I am looking for good bass and clarity.
 
Also if anyone has good ideas for cheap amps to hook to PC plz let me know. Thanks!

Noise cancelling around 40 dollars? Don't know about that but look into theese monoprice headphones

Noise cancelling or noise isolating? The JVC HA-S500 is excellent at ~$60. Chances are if you find noise cancelling headphones that cheap they will be garbage.

Noise isolating . looks like a preference for full size closed on the cheap, I haven't heard very many of those...
