Best Amp for Sennheiser PC360 + Titanium HD?

I am not sure if an amp is an absolute requirement in your case as the PC360 has relatively low 50 ohm impedance. I have the PC350s which are rated at 150 ohms and I am running them fine with a FiiO E11 portable headphone amp. Though I must say, for a newbie, the sound is quite similar just further amplified. You notice the difference more in tones you are familiar with (e.g. my electric piano).

The Matrix M Stage, Schiit Asgard are recommended and they will improve the sound quality much more if you connect through RCA output and select line-out.

The Titanium HD can decently drive 250-ohm headphones and the Senn PC360s are only 50-Ohm.
The Fiio E11 ($65) portable headphone amplifier might(?) make a slight improvement or no improvement at all.
With the Titanium HD, you can swap op-amps to change the "flavor" of the sound.
The Little Dot 1 + hybrid ($150) might(?) do some nice things to the sound.

So I'll be fine without an amp? I swear I was told I'll need one if I went for the Titanium and not the Xonar. I'm such a noob.

Since we're on the topic then, how would you say the PC360's sound quality fares as a gaming device first and music second?

I use an unamped sound card, thus the need for the FiiO E11. I can't vouch for the PC360s, but the PC350 sounded like sh!t out of the box. Thanks to this website and Hero's Mod I was able to salvage an overpriced cosmetic headband. Not sure what Sennheiser decided to do with the sound quality on their newer PC360s.

Feel free to double check everything I said.
I'm guessing the PC360 sounds good, but your paying the marked up price for the built in mic.

The Senn PC360 is 50-Ohm.
The Senn PC350 is 150-Ohm, so it is a little harder to drive then the PC360.
But the Titanium HD can (should) easily drive 150-Ohm headphones, if needed.
