I was thinking of the Shure se215s...

Check out the Rock It R-50s, a dual driver for $119. Another member bought them (he has posted a review), and really likes them. Sort of an obscure manufacturer, but he prefers them to the DBA-02, which is a highly regarded dual BA (and cost $50 more). They have them on Amazon, though they apparently ship from Hong Kong.

The Aurvana 3s also got some very positive reviews from 1-2 members, and they were discounted on Amazon and the Creative site.

FYI Jupiterknight didn't 'prefer' them to the DBA-02...

Brainwavz M3 if you like bass / warmness

I've found a great deal on the Brainwavz M2 - $75 - but the m3 is $119...I live in Australia, everything here is more expensive - lol. And I'm too lazy to order internationally.

So, I wanted to ask: is the m3 worth the extra cost? or should the m2 do just fine?

Get the SE215s. It's solid for the price.

I recently did a ton of research this past week, looking for a solid bass-inclined iem. I considered the se215s among others but my final decision came down to velodyne vPulse($79) or id America Spark. I went with the sparks because they are on sale for $32 on amazon. Not sure if you can get that in australia but it's a pretty good deal imo, lots of bang for your buck.

Yes, SE215 is great from trance. You won't be disappointed. Also, it has the highest build quality out of the IEMs I've seen at this price point.
