I purchased my Bel Canto Stream from eBay.US and it is a 110v unit.
I found out that the Stream produced with a possibility to switch mains voltage internally using the voltage selection plug (highlighted in red rectangle):
This plug has 4 pins.
For 230v operation pins 2+3 should be shorted.
For 110v operation pins 1+3 and 2+4 should be shorted.
The plug is symmetrical, so it doesn't matter if you number the pins from left to right or in opposite direction.
