I live in a house (read: actual house with a lawn) so the street-front is always open for parking.

Plus, it's the corner house as well (read: I have to mow THREE lawns - front, back, side) so there's two sides you can park at.

Again, for you bus people, get to 41st Ave and West Boulevard and I can do a pick-up run.
