I already have many mid-high end IEM's, but I was wondering what are the bassiest IEM's I can get, im going to use these mostly for gaming and sometimes for movies so highs/mids and detail is not all that important to me.
I want a movie theater like bass, intense bass quantity.
Or should i be looking at full size headphones?

Bassiest? are you sure?

You will hate it when you can't hear what people are saying in movies, or when the soundstage is crap for gaming. But it's your choice.

Headphones would give you more bass per dollar, maybe try the headphone subforum. Nevertheless, I'm sure there are people here who can give you advice on that.

Speakers with a subwoofer would be my take on this if possible. Or IEMs with a subwoofer? I don't know.

Try the Sennheiser CX-250, it has the bass impact/power but it's a more mature/controlled bass than the CX-300.

It's not in your price range, but for movies and gaming, I don't think anything beats some DT 770s.

TDK EB900 if you can find one for under $40 (or a used one). Blows the CX250, CX300, Metro 220, and even the Meelec M9s away in terms of sheer bass quantity. I had to EQ mine down by 10dB at the low end to make them enjoyable.

Are you asking which headphones will distort your sound, (twist your music), the most in the low frequency area?
