Robert Cray Band!! Saw him when he opened for Eric Clapton.

I saw Wilco at a small theater at UCSD (they were playing under a pseudonym before some huge outdoor festival in the area), with an audience of ~500 adoring fans. Everybody was transfixed and *nobody talked* during the performances. Jeff Tweedy was so impressed that he thanked us and commented that he'd never seen that before. Neither had I in some 50 shows I've seen.

Bela fleck and the flecktones had the best live sound ive ever heard, and the best sounding live album ive ever heard... hmm speaking of which... go-go-gadget foobar!
