I really envy you guys able to complain about how Tidal music stutters because I can't even get any third party app running!
 
They all hang on startup. Tried clearing all sorts of cache, tried updating the firmware several times. Tried clearing the entire files and folders from the device and reload the latest firmware.
 
Nothing works.
 
Went to Jaben Singapore, a local dealer hoping they could help. All they could do was to send an email to Cayin. And then wait...
 
Disappointment cannot describe how I feel right now.
