B&W P7s paired with Shiit Magni Modi combo?

Would this be a good way to go?  I'm still very new to all this, and just want to make sure I'll get my money's worth by adding this combo to my P7s.  I'm willing to go with the Vali instead of there's a good reason to.
 
I will also be picking up some HD598s this week, so I'll be using them with the stack as well.

The Vali isn't a good pair for Bowers & Wilkins P7.
 
Just a suggestion, buy a Audioquest DragonFly ($99), they're a very good DAC/Amp for both of the P7 and HD598.

It's an OTL and pairs well with the high impedance headphones. The P7 impedance is only 22 ohms. 
 
Also if you like the P7's sound signature, maybe the Philips Fidelio X1 would be a better open headphones for you than the HD598.
