Hi all
 
I'm planning on buying myself a pair of LCD-2.2 shortly, and have accepted that my Aune T1 won't have the power to drive the LCD-2's, so was thinking of the Schiit Lyr Amp to get the power.
 
My question is, I am also weighing up the Schiit Bifrost DAC, but I want to know if this will offer any appreciable over the tube DAC stage of the Aune T1?
 
I am painfully excited about getting my hands on the LCD-2's, but want to make sure I'm getting the best out of them...

Hi everyone,

This thread is probably already irrelevant, however I can tell you from my recent experience that there's a huuuge difference. Bifrost is a very good DAC, especially for the price, the Aune T1 sounds muddy and lifeless in comparison.
