Additionally, please note that M1P batteries come in two types: Bluetooth version and non-Bluetooth version, which are slightly different. When replacing the battery, we usually replace it along with the device's back cover.![]()

Perhaps the only way to resolve this issue is to send it back for repair. We suspect that the SD card socket might have loosened due to soldering issues. If it’s convenient, could you let us know when and from which channel you purchased the M1P? We can register the information for you.Hello,
I have a little problem with my player. The sd-card comes out of the slot very very hard. It seems like some kind of glue is around the slot has come loose. And when the player gets warm, it sticks on the sd card. Any idea to solve this problem?
