Hello, may I ask when and where you purchased your M1P? The batteries used in our products are not sold as standalone items. Typically, when users encounter similar issues, we send the necessary parts to the local retailer for repair. Therefore, to help us address your issue, we kindly ask that you provide more details about your purchase. Additionally, please note that M1P batteries come in two types: Bluetooth version and non-Bluetooth version, which are slightly different. When replacing the battery, we usually replace it along with the device's back cover. :scream:
Hi my friends,
It have been purchased at Hifigo, two years ago or something I guess ? :beerchug:

Bluetooth version.

Here : pure curiosity about the internals. :fire:

@AuneAudio Bought second-hand on a music site. Too bad to complicate the acquisition of a replacement battery to this point. The day I have to replace it, I will try to manage it myself. Thank you
If you are unable to resolve the issue, you can still contact us, and we will try to send the battery along with other goods to the retailer closest to you. :ok_hand:

The battery structure itself is not complex; however, due to the compact internal space of portable DAPs, the battery's securing method is different from that of standard devices. If necessary, we will still assist you in replacing the battery.:kissing_heart:

i am using Qls qa361 and are planning to buy Aune m1p,can you compare both devices
Frankly, I found the QLS better...

Better ? = Super Slow filter and Mellow tuning (see my signature about the full setting)... To my surprise, but as a matter of fact... 😎🔥✊

See : https://www.head-fi.org/threads/qls-qa361-impression-thread.866536/page-23#post-18390763

And other posts, till the last one (https://www.head-fi.org/threads/qls-qa361-impression-thread.866536/page-24#post-18464288). It's a progression... 🫴

Better ? = So natural and explosive (dynamics), timbres and tones...

The M1p is super good too, but a little more "polite" (dynamics), and less natural overall (timbres) : more "digital" maybe (in comparison to, direct comparison, all things being equal - iem, volume, etc - : important). The battery life is average (5-6h max / flac 16/44.1)....

I am very sorry that the ESS chipset cannot be turned into a "Nos mode" (= Super Slow filter) as the AKM filter... 🤔😭

Hum, the M1p is a little more dead quiet than the QLS. Total silence. And you are not limited by a 256 go SD card.

And about the filters, I think the best choice is the MS filter (Minimum Phase, Slow).

Sonically and musically (maybe more musically wise), purely, I prefere... The "old" M1s (MP = Minimum Phase filter) than the M1p : more euphonic and... Explosive. 🧨 As the QLS...

So

1/ the QLS QA361 is sonically and musically my first choice (but this 🤬 3.5mm balanced plug !),
2/ the M1s my second choice (but no 4.4mm balanced plug... 🥲)
3/ and the M1p my third (4.4mm balanced plug ok 😜)...

But three super (super) good gears. 😎👍

In a few words...

Hello,
I have a little problem with my player. The sd-card comes out of the slot very very hard. It seems like some kind of glue is around the slot has come loose. And when the player gets warm, it sticks on the sd card. Any idea to solve this problem?

Thank you and a happy new year!

Perhaps the only way to resolve this issue is to send it back for repair. We suspect that the SD card socket might have loosened due to soldering issues. If it’s convenient, could you let us know when and from which channel you purchased the M1P? We can register the information for you.

Hello. I am curious if the M1P has a L/R channel balance feature? I want to buy this product, but I need to confirm this feature before making a purchase (hearing damage in one ear). Thanks.
Hello, I’m sorry to inform you that, as far as I remember, this feature is currently unavailable. However, I will confirm this with our engineers when I return to work tomorrow. Hopefully, they can assist you with this issue.

Since the arrival of cold weather here in the upper Midwest, and the accompanying lack of humidity, I’ve noticed that my player shuts off easily because of static electricity. Usually when I’m pulling it out of my pocket after walking home or unzipping my coat. I try to discharge the electricity but that doesn’t always work. I’ve had many DAPs over the last 20 years and never had this particular problem. Otherwise the DAP works great. Any other workarounds? Is there a loose wire?
