Regarding my lawton modded TH600, the bass on the fostex is very nice and the sharp treble is very nicely tamed by the Lawton mods. However I find the sound stage a little cramped (although much better than unmodded fostex). I think they'll be very headphones for you and not entirely sure if they're going to replace your LCD3.

I THOUGHT you had the th900 lawton modded and not the th 600..
i just bought a comfort headband for the audeze
i love them, it s just the weight nd the comfort (and because i would like to use the Hugo and khalas!)

Hi Guys

Does anyone have two spare sets of the anti-slip glass protection pads that come with the Woo Audio WA7-tp? I bought my amp one here but it came without the pads :frowning2:

Thanks

Ordered them directly from Woo Audio. Great service - they said they'd charge me only 5$ for the USPS cost.

stay tuned people, as i will be doing Part 1 of the review. WA5-LE + Takatsuki (TA-300B) tubes.

part 01 will cover nearly 80% of the whole review. Part 02 will cover the Elrog 300B impressions, which is my kind of tube <3 i just got the TA-300B so i be able to compare it to the Elrog 300B. although over 70% of the WA5-LE owners (if not 80%) prefer the Takatsuki set over the Elrog 300B. Elrog is similar to SS and got lean mids with few tubes. (depend on the combo)

I also wanted to note that i will be selling the TA-300B once i am done reviewing it ^^ as i bought the WA5-LE with the mind set of going with Elrog 300B since i listen to EDM & J-pop so  i want the closest sound sig to SS. but again only 20% of the WA5-LE owners like this setup which i am planing to do, so its just preference issue here.

the Selling price of the TA-300B pair will be 5000 AED , you will save 1600 AED.  if you want to buy this pair then feel free to post or PM me.

Hey, Unkown Plan, It's been quite awhile since I posted on head-fi sorry I didn't see your post earlier, (to much work).
I have my personal Gustard H10 if you would like to borrow it for awhile, It's a pretty great headphone amp I must admit;
It has enough power to drive everything from in ears to low-efficiency planers, I have no doubt you will like it.

Let me know your thoughts about it after you get some listening time.
I personally never heard any IFI products it seems like a nice experience to give something else a try. Been using the H10 exclusively for quite awhile now,
a little change seems like it could be fun.

PS-
My friend over at AVL (official Beyer dealers), said he wanted to invite everyone from the Audiophiles in Dubai Thread to the official launch & first listening of the DT1990 PRO in the region.
They are launching the DT1990 at the "Prolight+Sound MEA (October 31st - November 2nd)."
He Said AVL will also be holding a contest to win a T51i.
If anyone is interested more information can be found on their Facebook page.

Good Listening everyone.
