i'm an "audiohile" (i don t like the term..) and i listen from audeze lcd2 amped by graham slee ultra linear de
right now i have an hrt  IIplus, i m looking to upgrade the dac-looking for something with nice usb-i plug to the laptop- and xrl out so i can connect to my new adam too (and i would like to balanced the cans soon..)

Bought Sennheiser IE80 and Sennheiser Amperior at just 1499 Dhs (US $410) at Jumbo electronics, Mall of the Emirates.
 
They are clearing old stock and if you put a good bargain they would give almost anything away .
 
I was at Jumbo and was planning to buy IE 80 after my beloved IE 8 got deceased some time back.
I was browsing through Sennheiser and was fiddling with IE 80 box, a salesman suddenly approached and  told me that he could ask his manager to give me discount on IE80 (seems like sales are not good for Sennheiser in Dubai, everybody is after other trashy cans like Beats). Even though they weren't giving it for any discounts I would have bought IE 80 for 1499 Dhs.
Anyway after few moments the salesman came and told me that he could give me IE 80 and Amperior for 1499 Dhs.
Hmm, one bullet two birds LOL, I couldn't stop laughing in my mind on how ignorant was the salesman in selling these cans to me.
While parting he told me to tell friends who might be interested in buying Sennheiser (good marketing)
