I tried to email Michael Percy from three different email accounts - two different Australian ISPs and my workplace which is a major university - to buy some Black Gates. They were all bounced as spam or from blacklisted mail servers. Ludicrous.

So I ordered from Sonic Craft instead. They replied to my initial inquiry within 6 hours, sent a very polite follow-up email when I didn't reply to them, and when I did place my order the gear was posted within another 6 hours.
